Our staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, upgradation, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments. Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last three months (July-Sept 2026) were:
1. OWC ROOM REVAMPING:
To improve housekeeping standards, operational efficiency, and overall aesthetics, the Organic Waste Converter (OWC) room has been revamped with necessary repairs, cleaning, and infrastructure improvements.
The upgraded facility provides a cleaner and more organized working environment, supporting the smooth processing of organic waste and enhancing overall waste management operations within the society.
2. BACK GATE BOUNDARY WALL RESTORATION
During the monsoon season, a section of the boundary wall near the RT Point collapsed due to prolonged exposure to adverse weather conditions. To restore safety and site security, the damaged portion was rebuilt and strengthened through repair and restoration works.
The completed restoration has improved perimeter protection, enhanced structural stability, and reinstated the overall safety and appearance of the area.
3. WATER COOLER & WATER PURIFIER INSTALLATION
To enhance resident convenience and ensure access to safe drinking water, new water coolers and water purifiers have been installed at the Club House and Upper Deck.
4. OTHER ENHANCEMENTS & UPGRADES:
•Installation of 15 HP Submersible Pumps and Control Panel for Flushing Water Transfer
•STP Sludge Recycle Pump Capacity Upgrade
•RO Plant CIP
•Convex Mirror Replacement
•C3 Lift Surveillance System Upgrade
•Plant Membrane Replacement A-wing Badminton Court Flooring Repair
5. STAFF REWARDS & RECOGNITION PROGRAM
To appreciate the dedication, commitment, and outstanding performance of our staff members, a Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program has been introduced. The initiative aims to motivate employees, encourage service excellence, and recognize individuals who consistently contribute towards maintaining high standards of operations and resident satisfaction.
