We are delighted to bring you the latest updates from the Managing Committee for the period July to September 2026:
1. LAUNCH OF EV AC HIGH-CAPACITY CHARGING FACILITY
Ashok Gardens has taken another step towards sustainable mobility with the launch of its Smart EV Charging Facility. The upgraded infrastructure now offers 6 high-capacity 22 kW chargers for four-wheelers and 2 × 3.3 kW chargers for two-wheelers, making EV charging more accessible and convenient for residents.
Implemented with EXICOM (through Aviro) and IONAGE, the initiative reflects AG’s commitment to building greener, smarter, and future-ready amenities.
The society is also evaluating the feasibility of individual EV charging points at parking spaces as the next phase.

2. KICK-OFF OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
We have now completed the process of appointing a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to guide the society’s upcoming infrastructure initiatives.
Following AGM & SGM approval, the PMC selection process has progressed through tendering, technical evaluations, internal assessments and commercial discussions.
