Our staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, upgradation, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments. Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last three months were: 

1. Junction Gaps Filling & Drainpipe Provision – Herb Garden Compound Wall:

Junction gaps in the compound wall of the herb garden were properly filled to prevent seepage and structural issues. A drainpipe was also provided to ensure effective water flow and drainage management. The work helps in protecting the wall structure from moisture damage. The area is now more durable, stable, and well-maintained.

2. Brickwork & Plastering for Plantation

Brickwork and plastering have been completed at the A Wing ramp area to support plantation development. The work ensures a strong and stable base for landscaping and greenery. Proper finishing has been done to enhance durability and aesthetics.

3. EV – New Meter Connection:

The installation of the new EV meter includes proper cable laying from the main supply to the metering unit using correctly sized and insulated cables. Cables are routed through conduits or trays with safe trenching or surface pathways, ensuring durability and protection. A suitable enclosure is installed for the EV meter

The faulty sandwich-type electrical bus bar in A Wing was identified and rectified to restore safe operation. The damaged section of the bus bar was carefully isolated, dismantled, and replaced with new components. The system was thoroughly tested for continuity, insulation, and load performance after replacement. The work was completed following safety standards to ensure reliable and long-term operation of the electrical system.

The faulty lift UPS was identified, isolated, and replaced with a new unit. All electrical connections were securely restored and checked for proper operation. The system was tested to ensure reliable backup performance and uninterrupted lift functionality.

Meter Cabin Constructed for New EV Meter: A new meter cabin has been constructed for installation of the EV meter. The structure is designed to ensure safety, protection, and easy accessibility for maintenance. Proper provisions for cable entry, ventilation, and mounting of electrical equipment have been provided. The work has been completed as per standard electrical and safety requirements.

4. Busbar & UPS in the elevator rectified

5. Club Café Infrastructure Works


New intercom system, water supply connections, drain lines, and necessary plumbing works have been provided for proper utility management for Ag new cafe

6. Fire Extinguisher Refilling:

Expired fire extinguishers were identified and refilled to restore their operational readiness. Each unit was serviced and checked to ensure proper pressure and functionality. The extinguishers are now compliant with safety standards and ready for use.

7. Bird Spike Installation:

Bird spikes were installed at the water body area and club terrace to prevent pigeon infestation. The installation helps maintain hygiene and prevents droppings from contaminating the surroundings. Durable, weather-resistant spikes were used for long-term effectiveness.

8. Hydropneumatics Pump Air Tank Bladder Replacement:

The air tank vessel bladder of the hydro pneumatic pump system on the 24th floor of F Wing was found faulty and replaced. The system was safely isolated and the damaged bladder was removed and substituted with a new one.

9. Flushing Tank Cleaning Completed for All Wings

Flushing tank cleaning for all wings has been successfully completed. The tanks were thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper hygiene and functionality. The system is now operating efficiently and meets maintenance standards.

10. Training & Staff Programs

A. Training & Safety Awareness:

Training and awareness sessions were conducted by our property management firm, CBRE, for all relevant vendor teams. The sessions covered fire safety, general safety practices and security awareness, enhancing preparedness and reinforcing safety standards across the site over the quarter.

B. Staff Team Building – Cricket & Throw ball Tournament

Cricket and Throw ball tournament was organized as part of staff team-building activities. Employees actively participated, promoting teamwork, coordination, and healthy competition. It concluded successfully, boosting morale and encouraging a positive workplace environment.
