The quarter Jan-March 2026 was a very busy quarter with a lot of sporting and festive events being held including revival of AGstravaganza and other sports & celebrations.
1. Celebrations – Increasing the Happiness Quotient
A. Revival of AGstravaganza
The 6th edition of AGSTRAVAGANZA was successfully revived after a long gap.
The event celebrated the spirit of community participation with activities such as scavenger hunts, antakshari, quizzes, skits, and fun games.
It truly embodied the theme of “By AG, For AG”, bringing residents together in a vibrant and engaging manner.
B. Republic Day Celebrations:
Republic Day was celebrated with pride and enthusiasm, featuring distinguished guests, a ceremonial flag hoisting, and a special musical performance by a resident artist. The event reflected unity, patriotism, and community spirit
C. Holi Celebrations:
Holi was celebrated with traditional rituals including Holika Dahan and Pooja, followed by vibrant festivities such as Phoolon ki Holi, rain dance, music, and community lunch. The celebrations brought together residents in a joyful and colorful atmosphere.
2. Sports: Increasing the Happiness Quotient
A. AGPL 2026 – Cricket:
The 8th edition of AGPL brought together over 200+ players across 19 teams, creating a lively and competitive sporting atmosphere. The event featured great matches, strong participation, and enthusiastic audience engagement.
B. AGBL 2026 – Badminton:
The 4th season of the Badminton League was conducted successfully, with team-based competition and live streaming adding to the excitement.
C. AGVT – Volleyball & Throwball:
The 10th edition of AGVT included Men’s Volleyball, Women’s Throwball, and Kids Volleyball, showcasing strong participation across all age groups.
