We are delighted to bring you the latest updates from the Managing Committee for the period October 1st to December 31st, 2025.

1. Back Gate – Traffic Management:

To streamline traffic movement at the back gate & ensuring cabs are able to come through the back gate, we initiated cab access through back gate. The traffic has been reorganized into three dedicated lanes – Resident incoming vehicles, Taxi vehicles & all exiting vehicles

This segregated multi-lane system has significantly improved traffic flow, safety, and peak-hour efficiency.

To streamline the traffic movement at the back gate & to ensure empty cab entry through the back gate, the traffic is now branched into three dedicated lanes on the ramp area i.e. a dedicated entry lane for Resident vehicles, another for entry check point for empty Cabs and a third exit lane for all vehicles.

This segregated multi-lane system has solved the cab entry & improved traffic flow & safety. A huge inconvenience to many residents has been fixed.

2. Introduction of Bell trolley Facility:

We introduced Bell Trolleys facility at our Reception Lobbies, designed to make the luggage movement easier! One bell trolley is available for each tower and can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Residents can take the bell trolley near P0 & P1 lobby (not till their parking but near lift lobby only) for loading their luggage and can take it to their respective floor lobbies for unloading through the service lift only.
