Our staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, upgradation, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments. Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last three months were:
1. Infrastructure Update
External Facade Survey
An External Façade survey was conducted to identify areas of concern for the building that included all the areas in P0, P1 and P2
Tied Beam Repair
F wing Tied Beam repair work approved with all safety measures

2. Housekeeping & Facilities
A lot of attention has been given to improve the housekeeping and facilities of the Building and improve hygiene and cleanliness
Facilities waste management team, supported by ViaGreen is conducting door-to-door training sessions for residents and staff. The sessions ar covering:
1. Waste Segregation: The importance of segregating waste and following BMC guidelines
2. Garbage Bag Allocation: Which type of garbage goes in which bag [blue, green, and red]
3. Waste Collection Timings: When to hand over segregated garbage to collectors



3. Lifts
Lifts breakdown is being monitored. A full-time person is now deployed to monitor lifts breakdown & services. We are storing lift parts at AG to quickly repairs if needed. The team is working towards Electric upgrade of existing lifts to ensure flexibility on making changes as requested by residents.

4. EV Update
The EV team is in the process of evaluating several leading vendors in this space. Six 7.4 / 22 kW AC chargers initially, subject to load available and final advice from vendor. One 3.3 kW AC charger for 2-wheelers. Setting up of shared charging facility was approved in the AGM.
Society has applied for a green meter in its name and are now awaiting a site visit by BEST.

5. Cycle tagging exercise
We undertook an exercise to tag all bicycles in the society across P2/P1/P0 level. This was done to Free up valuable space at P2, Improve the appearance of the stilt area where bicycles are parked and reduce the risk of theft.

6. Trainings
Extensive staff trainings in various areas were organised in the last quarter to upgrade and maintain skill sets – technical, safety and soft skills.
