The MC team is involved in running the Society’s day-to-day affairs and planning new initiatives & projects as and when required. Some of the key initiatives undertaken by the Management Committee for the last quarter (April-June 2025) were as follows:
1. Conveyance process completion
The process of Conveyance was completed with the receiving of Property card in the name of the building – Ashok Gardens CHS Ltd. With this a very big milestone of Conveyance and the entire process related to that is now completed. It is notable to state that very few buildings in Mumbai have achieved this milestone.
2. Announcement of Managment Committee (MC) Elections date
With the end of tenure of the current MC tenure of five years, the society had filed an application with the Registrar of F-south ward to schedule the election process, which was formally received in the month of May. The date for mc elections has now been fixed as Sunday July 6th, 2025. A team of 16 management committee members will be elected by resident owners in a voting process conducted by the Registrar’s office.
3. Artefacts & Plants at Reception lobbies
Beautiful and customised Decorative artifacts have been fabricated and installed at the reception lobby, as a part of lobby renovation, to enhance its visual appeal. This concludes the Reception Lobby project. Beautiful decorative potted plants are also placed at various key areas to enhance overall outlook of the reception lobby.
4. Squash court upgradation
Repair work was undertaken to address visible cracks and markings on the front wall. As well as damage to the wooden flooring. The court has been repainted entirely to enhance its overall appearance.
5.Display Cabinet for Awards
AG has won many accolades in the Gardens and Waste Management category of awards instituted by the BMC. We also have trophies displayed for our Annual Sports Tournaments and the teams who have won those prestigious awards. We have now installed Awards Display Cabinets for displaying those awards and accolades.
