Our staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, upgradation, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments. Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last three months were:
1. Lift Pit waterproofing
Water ingress is usually observed in the underground lift pits during the monsoon season, causing temporary lift shutdowns. To prevent future occurrences & preventive maintenance, plastering and waterproofing treatment was carried out in the lift pit.
2. Gardens Product Distribution
In keeping with tradition, home-grown garden produce cultivated by our gardeners within the AG premises was distributed in the second week of April.
3. Track Repair
Due to routine wear and tear, several portions of the jogging track required maintenance and were repaired.
