Our staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, upgradation, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments. Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last three months were:
1. UV machines installation in STP plan
We have completed the installation of new UV machines in the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) systems to eliminate the worms in the STP storage tank post treatment and to enhance the quality of water distributed in the flushing lines.
2. Facade cleaning of Tower 1 started
After the completion of work in Tower2 before the monsoon, façade cleaning work in Tower1 side was commenced from the month of December after the monsoon break. We hope to complete this activity by end of February. With this, the building’s external walls will have a fresh new look.
3. Staff Celebrations: Dussehra Garba & Diwali
Our staff celebrated Dussehra festival by having Garba dancing in the traditional attires in our banquet hall. The staff celebrations continued with bonding on Diwali lunch.
4. Flies issue treated by the waste management & the housekeeping team
We are proactively addressing the fly infestation issue through effective waste management and collaborating with housekeeping vendors. These steps are meant to help reduce the presence of flies and create a healthier living environment.
5. New fans at Clubhouse
Additional fans were installed to fill the gap between existing fans. These cater to the need of extra tables and sitting available at Clubhouse. These tables act as a great social bonding venue between residents enjoying chit chat while having tea & coffee near the Café or otherwise.
6. Precautionary Termite treatment
The precautionary termite treatment in common areas & individual flats was taken up from the month of November.
