At Ashok Gardens, we take immense pride in preserving the beauty and upkeep of our complex. Our gardens have won numerous awards years after year, a testament to our dedication. However, beyond our stunning gardens, it is equally essential to ensure that the entire surroundings of our complex are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Our housekeeping team works tirelessly to maintain this standard through regular cleaning, washing, and litter collection. The management committee collaborates closely with them to uphold a strict discipline when it comes to cleanliness across the premises.

As responsible residents of Ashok Gardens, it is also our duty to actively contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of our community. Together, we can ensure a Swachh Ashok Gardens by following these best practices:

• Report Issues: If you notice littering or any other cleanliness concerns, please inform the facilities office immediately.
• Educate and Involve: Teach your children and household staff (maids, servants, and drivers) the importance of maintaining cleanliness within the complex.
• Lead by Example: If you come across litter that is easy to pick up, don’t hesitate to do so.
• Encourage Participation: Kindly urge fellow residents to engage in these voluntary cleanliness efforts. Let’s work together to keep our complex spotless.
• Avoid Littering from Flats: Throwing any items from your flats is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain cleanliness of Flush tank: Throwing any solid waste like glass bottles, hygiene product waste, cloth material is strictly prohibited as it can damage the STP plant

Please note: While we hope to maintain self-discipline, we may be compelled to take necessary actions against persistent offenders.
