AG staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments.
Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last quarter were:
1. Trays below Expansion joint replacement
The trays placed below expansion joints were rusted due to wear and tear. It was decided to identify the trays and replace the faulty ones with new trays. Work has been completed, this now helps in water seeping directly below the expansion joints and the water is guided through drainpipes.
2. C-Wing Busbar repairs
It was observed during routine maintenance that the Electrical Busbar catering to C wing flats from 8th to 15th floors had only two power phases and one power phase was showing short circuited. So, we identified an electrical cable to replace the busbar, and the work was completed with a bare minimum shutdown of 8 to 10 hrs rather than a few days
This could have led to a potential safety hazard; hence it was decided to address this issue on priority. As Busbar faut identification and repairs would take up a few days, it was decided to first put an alternate power supply arrangement and then to carry out repairs.
3. Fire & Safety trainings:
The security team conducted regular fire and safety trainings. The focus was on ensuring that the staff is ready for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in the premises.
4. Adding Pet Information on Adda
AGiites can now add their Pet animals on AG Adda application. This will enable you to make them very much part of the housing unit information for you and your Neighbours to know. You have to simply go to My Unit and add information related to your pet like – Name, category of pet, DOB, Gender, photo, vaccination status etc.
