Striving towards Swachh AG: Clean & Beautiful AG

Ashok Gardens is known for its beautiful gardens and a very well-maintained society with cleanliness.

However, we wish to bring to your kind attention that in the last few months we have observed that littering in the common areas have increased significantly.

Some of the issues being faced by us as a society are as follows:

• Some of adult residents/children/house staff/Pet walkers littering in the AG Common Area compound.
• There have been frequent incidents of food items, Gutkha Packets, chewing gums have been thrown from their respective floors by residents/staff.
• There are Cigarette Butts, sometimes debris and glass bottle pieces thrown in their balconies/shaft areas.
• There are few instances of Pet Poop left uncleaned by the Pet walkers.
• There are instances of spitting of pan/gutkha/others which have been noticed in the common areas
• There has also been an instance when a coconut shell was thrown in the garbage chute at odd hours injuring our waste management staff who was segregating the waste collected below the chute.

While our housekeeping staff makes efforts to clean them up regularly. It is our duty as a responsible and caring AG citizen to keep our complex ‘Swachh AG’ i.e. a beautiful and clean AG.

We humbly request all our residents to kindly refrain from littering the society premises and kindly instruct your children and house staff to not litter.

Please Note: If any Resident/Children/House staff/Pet walkers are found littering in the society common areas, the society management may be forced to penalize such action.

Kindly help each other by avoiding littering, maintaining cleanliness and making a beautiful and Swachh AG.
