1. AG Basketball League (AGBBL 2024)
The first-ever Basketball League of AG was conducted in the first week of April. With themes around inclusivity and diversity, the unprecedented participation included 98 players (45% of which were female) and 23 pet (dogs, cats, fish, turtle, parrots) from 105 homes. Uniquely, each team had a live pet mascot generously put forward by the pet parents of AG. Mixed-gender teams across all age categories, all-female referee contingent, international-standard shot clock (provided by NBA India), the exciting 3X3 FIBA tournament format, and nail-biting finishes that went to the buzzer made the event truly enjoyable.
2. Action at Clubhouse
- Voters breakfast on Election Day: We did our part to encourage people to come out and vote in the National elections by offering free breakfast to AG residents who voted.
- Changes in Adda bookings: From the month of April, we have made a change in the Adda booking for Tennis, Squash and Billiards which allows only bookings where payment has been made within 15 minutes of the bookings
- Food stalls at BBQ & Clubhouse: We had two events of Evening Food stall this quarter one each at BBQ and Clubhouse
- Screening of IPL and T 20 World cup matches: We have had many screenings of IPL qualifier matches and finals followed by the T-20 World cup finals screening in our newly upgraded Acropolis theatre
