AG staff is responsible for the upkeep, services, repairs & maintenance of our building and apartments.

Some of the major initiatives and activities undertaken by them in the last quarter were: 

1. Granite Buffing project

We have completed work of buffing the Granite surfaces at Clubhouse, Tower entrances, Main & Back Gates to restore their natural beauty and remove stains

2. POP and painting work at Clubhouse

POP and Painting work completed and can significantly uplift its appearance and add better aesthetics to the Clubhouse

3. Trainings

CBRE Security team & manager provided essential security training to all staff for maintaining a safe and secure environment.

4. Replacement of Terrace door across all 6 wings

We have replaced all damaged terrace doors of six wings to enhance the overall safety and security of the complex

5. Painting on railing

We have painted the compound wall to improve its lifespan and maintained the aesthetic appeal

6. Garden (Produce) distribution

Distribution of home-grown Garden produce to residents was done to promote community engagement. Kitchen waste converted into organic compost and used in the gardens is a good way to promote sustainability and community well-being.

7. Update on STP

To address the black muddy water in the distribution of STP treated water from the overhead tanks, the damaged strainers were replaced across all 6 towers.

The media panels which perform the key filtration process in the STP were found damaged over a period, which are currently being replaced. Post completion of replacement, the facility will undertake cleaning of raw tank followed by the filter tank that requires manual cleaning process. On completion of STP tank work, the overhead tanks cleaning in the terrace area will be undertaken. The Facility is currently evaluating a process to filter out the solid waste like glass bottles, sanitary items, cloth etc that are dumped in the sewage line from the apartment.
