1. Painting work: Kerb Stone, Plantation Boundary, Ramp Railings & Light Poles painting was undertaken to enhance the aesthetics of the premises.
2. Green waste processing in AG Gardens: AG is a bulk producer of waste. However, as per the Solid Waste Management guidelines, we fully consume our green waste. This results not only in the processing of waste but also in cash paybacks for our segregated dry waste. We have reduced the rejected our waste to almost zero, resulting in substantial savings. Additionally, AG can stand proud, for contributing to the environmental cause.
3. New Jacuzzi Filter: We have replaced the damaged Jacuzzi Filter plant in the swimming pool area.
4. Repair of Paver Blocks: Paver blocks repairs were undertaken at the back gate driveway to restore levelling and avoid water accumulation.
5. Borewells Activation: The activation of 2 additional borewells was done in the last quarter, taking the total to 6 currently. With the planned Water Filtration plant in the coming months, these borewells will provide us additional/backup source of potable water when needed.
6. Various Trainings: Fire & Safety trainings were conducted by the various departments of staff.
7. Club House Terrace waterproofing: Drain Waterproofing was done to avoid leakage during the Monsoon.
8. Staff Celebrations: AG Staff celebrated the Navratri festival and performed Dusshera Pooja.
