Infra & Activities update
- Canopy installation update: The liaison process for the necessary permission to install the main gate canopy is under way The society is likely to receive some inputs from the concerned government authorities soon.
- Conveyance matter update: We have taken an approval for Deemed Conveyance during the SGM of January 2023. Currently, we are seeking approval of the application process with the Deemed Conveyance department.
- LT to HT project update: Currently, the application for installation of the Power Transformer of the Building for LT to HT is under way. Since the land is in the name of Swan Energy Ltd, the application process may be required to be evaluated and modified accordingly.
- Electric Audit Status: Out of a total of 542 flats, 522 flats have completed the 1st round of the Electrical Audit process. Reports have been submitted to individual apartments by email as well as by way of a hard copy. Residents are required to undertake rectification based on the reports and inform the Facility Office after rectification is completed. To date, only 64 flats have completed the rectification & re-audit process. The completion reports have been submitted to the residents.
- New net & poles at Tower 2 lawns: The old poles and net in the Tower 2 lawns were completely changed to provide a replacement and better safety cover for balls or objects flying outside the ground.

6. Compound wall was restored near Herb Garden: The repair work on the wall adjoining AG and TATA in the herb garden which was long due for repairs has now been completed.

7. Additional CCTV cameras in Clubhouse: To enhance the safety and monitoring of areas in Clubhouse, additional CCTV cameras were installed in the Lift, Banquet Hall, Acropolis, Pantry, TT room, Billiards room, Toddlers room, carrom room, squash room and Business Centre.


8. Two Voter Id camps held at AG: With three elections approaching in the coming months, we held two Voter Id creation & updation camps in the month of December.

9. Introduction of cashless payments for AG Café, AG sports events and festive events: Based on popular demand, we introduced UPI and PayTM wallet service in various areas of payments in the society including AG Cafe, all AG Sports events and AG Festive events. Now residents can pay for any of these activities by cashless mode.

Functionalities
- Appointment of new Architect: Ar. Arjun Shah has been appointed as the new Architect replacing the current one, to assess the individual flat fit-out work undertaken by residents.
- Expansion of Infrastructure Sub-committee: For enhancement of AG infrastructure, the Managing Committee expanded the Infrastructure Sub-committee to provide additional inputs and assistance in this area.
- Change in Coaching timings: To align coaching timings across all sports, suitable changes have been made and displayed at the Clubhouse.
- Change in Lift closure timings: The lift timings were changed to reduce shutdown of lifts.
- Passenger lifts (Lift # 1, 2, 3): All 3 passenger lifts will be operational between 06:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. Only 2 Lifts will be operational between 11:00 pm to 06:00 am daily.
- Service Lift (Lift # 4): Service Lift will be operational between 06:00 am to 01:00 pm & 04:00 pm to 11:00pm. Service Lift will be shut between 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm and 11:00 pm to 06:00 am
- Change in P2 Meeting room timings: The daily timings for using the Meeting Rooms in the Reception Areas were revised from 06:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight).

- Sporting Action: This quarter AG will have a frenzy of sporting events:
- Cricket – AGPL in January
- Volleyball & Throwball – AGVT in February
- Badminton – AGBL in February-end
- Football – AGFPL in March
- Festivals: Republic day event is planned for January 26th and the festival of colors, Holi will be celebrated on 24th & 25th of March.
